Marlton Business Advantage is on the hunt for a driven Licensed Insurance Advisor to join our growing team in South Jersey. Since 2002, we’ve helped families and business owners protect what matters most — and we need someone who’s ready to carry that mission forward with confidence and energy.
You’ll meet with individuals, families, and local business owners to assess risk and build customized protection plans across life, disability, and long-term care insurance. This is a relationship-driven role where trust closes deals, not pressure.
We’re looking for a self-starter who holds an active NJ Life & Health license (or is willing to obtain one quickly), communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about people’s futures. Experience in insurance planning or financial services is a strong plus.
