In this role, you’ll answer inbound calls, schedule consultations, follow up with prospective clients, and support our advisors with policy paperwork and case management. You’ll be the first impression for families and business owners exploring their protection options.
The ideal candidate is organized, warm, and detail-obsessed. You thrive on juggling multiple tasks, love helping people, and can handle sensitive information with discretion. Familiarity with CRM software and basic insurance terminology is a bonus but not required — we’ll train the right person.
